CHANGES IN THE GAME THIS WEEK:
- Added flame turret sentry thingy
- Added tuna can lantern lamps
- Require building privilege in order to look ceiling lights etc.
- Greatly reduced map loading time (once already fully loaded once into that map)
- Increased most ammo stacks to 128 on vanilla servers
