In the episode of Turmoil (an oil drilling game) I have two good drilling expeditions. Thank you all for the tips, they are helping a LOT! In this episode I get the tank size upgrade and the mole as well as wagon upgrades. I bounced back pretty fast from the debt pile I created in the last round.


Turmoil is an oil drilling game where you explore using dowsers and other methods to find pockets of oil. You then can use rigs and drill down oil pipe to find oil. You can use horses and wagons to store the oil or sell it on the market with fluctuating prices. It's a classic min max game with lots of 19th century western flavor. You compete against 3 other AI players and try to build your fat stacks and access upgrades.

History

Turmoil was in a prototype phase for a year before it entered Steam Early Access in June 2015. After spending exactly one year there, Turmoil was released succesfully for PC's in June 2016. In February 2017 Turmoil was also released on iOS, exclusively for iPad.
