This pack is called Brutal Heretic 3D RPG and it features 3D models and Voxels (I think, they look similar to the unfinished incomplete Heretic Voxel mod)

Mod used for lighting is Relighting version 3.3.1 (older version with more parameters to tweak albeit heavier cpu impact)

I could do without the "HD textures" (specially the water texture eew) You can easily remove the textures in Slade, fortunately the modder kept everything organized.
