Turn OFF Find my iPhone on Your iOS Device

Step 1: Open Settings on your iPhone and search for Find my iPhone option
Step 2: Uncheck the box right next to the option.
Step 3: Enter your Apple ID Password and tap on Turn Off at the top right of the screen.
