Turn off optimal resolution notification || Optimal Resolution Keeps Popping up Problem Windows 10

How to disable optimal screen resolution problem :
1.One of my subscriber ask what is the meaning and how to fix this issue?.
2.And this is only occurs due to display drivers.
3.And sometime your monitor doesn't have a hd display,it shows this kind of message.
4.Only way to remove this kind of notification is just goto settings - system - notifications & action center.
5.And click to turn off "Get notifications from apps and other senders".
6.Finally that problem is solved.
