A year or two ish after Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, Iguana gave us it's arguably better sequel, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil. And now, nearly 2 decades later, perpetual video game good guys Night Dive have given us a lovely KEX Engine port so we can relive all them cool dino blasting, arrow shooting, screen bobbing memories in HD.

After pwning The Campaigner, Tal'Set threw the weapon he'd spent literally the entire game finding the individual pieces to and assembling, the Chronoscepter, into an active volcano. This big oopsie led to an even bigger oopsie, as this act caused a big ol earthquake that awakened an ancient alien being called The Primagen. The Primagen has been trapped in a big deep scary hole deep in The Lost Land for aeons, but now that he's awake, he's gonna use all his big wrinkly brain power to persuade a bunch of other aliens to destroy the Energy Totems scattered about The Lost Land that are keeping him imprisoned. Joshua Fireseed has now taken on the mantle of Turok, and is dispatched by Adon to protect those Energy Totems and to smoosh as many aliens and dinos as possible in the process.
