Not the best run ever and has some room for improvement:

Major time losses:
- Bay 24 had a sloppy start, missed and egg and bumped into a mine which made me run out of fuel.
- Bay 57 can be done in two bomb blasts but I had to do three.
- Bay 61 is a rng level which could have gone faster if the submarine cooperated.
- In Bay 63 I had to waste time chasing two enemies in the top left with a sub being in the way.
- In Bay 64 damage boosting through the mine wall didn't trigger the enemies to spawn so I had to waste time to go back and do it the way the game intends.
- Bay 67 had to be reset because it turns out that if you kill the first wave of enemies too fast the second wave doesn't spawn resulting in a softlock and a need to reset.
- I think Bay 73 can be done without killing all the enemies someone just has to figure out how to blow up the three stashes of TNT with the three bombs before the enemies fill too much of the screen.
- In Bay 74 you only need to kill the big guys, you can ignore anything else.
- I'm sure Bay 75 can be done faster. Not sure if you can get enough health to damage boost through some of the mines.
