Context : I was playing with headphones, I could perfectly heard voices while I was in-game, but once I checked my recording voices were always super low.
What I did : For some reason Windows Sonic ( spatial sound ) was activated, I just unchecked the box, and you can hear the result in this video. You still know where the sound comes from, while finaly hearing it at a normal range.
How to do that : right click on your speakers, deactivate spatial sound.
