Tutorial: Ultra Street Fighter 4 Custom BGM

This is my first tutorial video and I know it's a little rough in places. If anything in this tutorial is unclear, please feel free to ask me for clarification here in the comments section.
Please keep in mind I'm not a guru at this kind of stuff so I probably won't be able to answer any real specific questions about the process or programs involved. When I went through this myself and realized how difficult it was to find all the info I needed, I thought I might be able to help a person or two by putting up this video.
