Tutorial: Unlock And Root Your Nexus 7
30This is a tutorial to help those new to android. It will tell you how to unlock the bootloader,root, install recovery, and do a nandroid backup on your nexus 7 tablet. It is actually a very easy process and I think the video covers everything you need but if you have any trouble let me know.
The risk is minimal but I take no responsibility if you mess this up.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A FULL BATTERY BEFORE YOU START THIS TUTORIAL.
Also make sure that you have usb debugging enabled.
To enable USB debugging go into settings/developer options/ and check enable USB debugging
