Dishonored to a playable framerate on low end pc's.
*NOTE* These tweaks were developed on and intended for use only with vanilla Dishonored with no DLC installed! Use DLC content at your own risk when using these tweaks since these tweaks are known to cause serious graphical issues with it, you should have absolutely no problem with the vanilla game but again I repeat, use DLC at your risk! (In other words I don't want to see anymore comments about it!)
