Currently in alpha phase, will hopefully be on the Unity Asset store soon. I made this script kit for creating parallax background effects. My intent was to make it as easy as possible to create these background effects. This video only covers the vertical script, but the vertical reversed and both horizontal scripts work in similar ways with how you set them up.
