Couple of clarifications!
- Key shuffle allows keys to be shuffled in their respective dungeon. This is not keysanity, which is a no logic only thing.
- GM Story flag just sets the flag for GM to be complete so you can get the post-GM checks easier (barnes bomb bag, talo sharpshooting, etc.)
- When loading a save with a seed attached after a cold boot, you have to make sure that you have the same settings or the game will generate the wrong seed, so you at least want to have your checksum handy so you can verify that it is the same seed

make sure your memory is set up as the memory card and not the GCI Folder (Config - GameCube -Device Settings - Slot A)
