0As we rise in our consciousness and frequency of expression, we begin to have difficulty resonating with the ways in which we grew up speaking, grew up acting, and grew up thinking.
This informs our challenges as we interact with our partners, as their expressions or our expressions land in ways that feel disharmonious, contentious, or somehow "bad".
This process of refinement is typical of all ascending beings, and is one that we must endeavor to undertake with our partners from a place of love, forgiveness, and peace.
If we approach with criticism, defensiveness, or lower vibrational communication strategies, it will form disharmony as creations are being manifested from fear. Often our partner will mirror to us the energy we feel within. If we feel that we are less than our partner, we may perceive them pushing us around. If we feel that we are weak, we may feel that our partner's strength is frustrating or challenging to observe. We must learn to observe our reflections from a place of peace and forgiveness, not only of our partner, but of ourselves.
Love yourself, dear one. Love is what you are, and love is why you are here. Love yourself so I may love you, and I may love you because I love me.
