As a result of Kurt Busch's hard hit in qualifying yesterday due to concussion-like symptoms, Ty Gibbs got the call from Denny Hamlin to be the replacement driver just for Pocono today. The good news is that Kurt Busch already got a win at Kansas earlier this year and will ask NASCAR for a playoff medical waiver due to his minor injury.
Our thoughts and prayers go to Kurt Busch as he recovers from a concussion!
