In case i was super unclear in the vid since I did the commentary and recording separate:
Don't ever train until you can achieve at least over 100 in your main attack skill (I was at 147 if I took out all xp from magic skills), respec and put as many points into your attack, so training the skill will give you a level up.
Rinse and repeat until you used all your xp.
