Ubisoft has made it clear that the majority of their big games would go the route of Live Services with always online and microtransactions at the ready. The interesting thing here is it looks like gamers are slowly becoming tired of the typical Live Service game that launches broken, without content, or stuff with microtransactions. Ghost Recon has so far reviewed poorly, but most likely Ubisoft will look to build on it going forward like most of these types of games that rely on fixing it after release.
