It took a while, but I managed to figure out an issue with my AI pathfinding, I have yet to find a solution but it appears to have problems navigating due to stuff on the Behavior Tree and the way its coded, the only way I can know of this for certain is to try and test out doorways with a new AI or alternatively to try and pick apart all the code.

It was hard trying to coax the AI into doing this.
