4All I know is it's been up there for hours, this is the third year I've seen it.. its about 3:48am EST and I got a weird urge to walk my dog like every time...this time the phone was on me and the video didnt show up all black or with a corrupted file! I end up using a 5w 450nm(either that or 432, i forget) laser to paint it with to see result since not an aircraft. Checked for other aviation traffic first and the adsl band with radio utilities before painting (or attempting to while recording with the other hand) with laser.
