"The last hope for Königsberg" by Vermas4

It is 1945 and Germany is quickly falling apart on all fronts. The Russians have cut off Königsberg from the land and are now moving in to take the city. And while the order is to hold out in the city and defend it until the last bullet, Kapitän zur See Robert Weber has decided to go against that order and evacuate the city via the Baltic sea. He has the backing of Karl Dönitz if the evacuation is successful, if it fails the Großadmiral may not guarantee for the safety of Robert. And more importantly Roberts family. So Robert Weber has collected a task force of the last remaining ships of the Kriegsmarine, among them the heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen, along with the just about finished h class battleship to evacuate the civilians from Königsberg. While he managed to successfully reach the city and get all the civilians on board his warships and the transports he has been able to get a hold on a Russian seaplane has spotted the fleet. And so the Russian Baltic fleet has been sent out to sink as many ships as they can. And so the dangerous journey back to Kiel has begun.

1 battleship of the H class (64.000tons of maximum displacement)
1 Heavy cruiser
3 light cruisers
6 destroyers
10 transports

Russian Baltic fleet (1940):
2 heavy cruisers
4 light cruisers
12 destroyers

Your objective is to ensure the survival of the evacuated civilians and prevent another Wilhelm gustloff disaster. Therefore the ships have a point system on how many civilians they are carrying.

Battleship: 16
Heavy cruiser: 6
Transport: 6
Light cruiser: 4
Destroyer: 1

So in total 100 points (it I've done my math correctly) if you loose more than half of the civilians (50 points) the operation has been a failure and Robert Weber will probably be shot while his family might just disappear forever.
