You want to be max health by the time you reach the Shotgunners guarding the Blue Door. That gives you plenty of health for the hardest bit - the Imps in the narrow corridor. They are the only real issue with completing this run. There are a few ways to pass but the most consistent I have found is to hug the right hand wall for a second. They often seem to line up nicely when doing this.

Sometimes the double-Pinkies after this can end the run but a quick 180 allowing one to bounce off you then separates them so you can turn and pass. A quick flick to the right at the end when approaching the Shotgunners guarding the exit ensures they don't block your route.
