The more you do this dungeon, the easier it gets because you can make more Seals which unlocks the doors and you will understand that you only need to really kill the clock guys as they drop you citrine etc
Remember to upgrade your backpack for more storage

Bring as much food as you can and when you have completed a run, make more seals and upgrade your tools (iron tools = 1 hit on copper ore)
