pip install torch==2.1.2
Then you need to enter the following when that is done:
THEN the pip3 install -U xformers --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu121
because xformers wont playball otherwise

Note: Inference in 5.1 WONT work if you run into the same issue I did.
This error doesn't happen ALL of the time, but for some reason it happened to two people at once, one on a V100 and one on a A100.
