Frank West...has been in a VS series game before. Unlike fellow TvC alum Zero has undergone a complete overhaul in how he works. I for one loved how he was a throwback to Jill in TvC but Marvel seems to represent Dead Rising better. Everything he does is governed by the Level Up system so a lot of strategy of getting from Level 1 to 4 will be a strategy in itself. It'll be interesting to see how the community takes to him.
