Command 1, repeat, always active - /execute as @e[type=snow_golem] at @s run tp @s x y z

Put x y z as the coordinates you want. Example - /execute as @e[type=snow_golem] at @s run tp @s 4 106 4

Now place this command below where you wanna spawn Snow Golem, repeat, needs redstone - /summon snow_golem x y z

Example - /summon snow_golem 4 106 4

This command isn't perfect, so change tick to 10000 or higher to get that ultra instinct effect!
