Notes
At the time of the game's events, neither Furius Acilius nor Salas Valor are on guard duty: Furius had been discharged from the Imperial Legion, whereas Salas is a deserter. So while they both still wear the uniforms of their respective factions, their inclusion here is slightly out of place.
Despite the small disadvantage in Health (205 vs 210), The female variant of the Redoran Guard is slightly stronger in melee combat than the male variant due to her better weapon (Silver Longsword vs Steel Mace). Including them both here seemed redundant, so I only tested the female variant.
In addition to two Standard Restore Health potions, the Grand Inquisitor also has two Standard Fortify Strength potions and two Quality Spell Absorption potions. However, even when the situation would warrant it, he'll never use the latter two. This is probably due to a limitation of how Morrowind NPCs use potions in general.
Varus Vantinius has both Chrysamere and Lord's Mail equipped, as would be the case in-game if the player completes the Imperial Legion questline. This is the version of Vantinius that the player faces up against in the Vivec Arena.
The Royal Guard has 5 Exclusive Restore Health potions, which together can restore up to 1000 Health. Since he always drinks all of them at once, however, their maximum potential is never realized. Both MCP and OpenMW have options for making NPCs use potions in a smarter way.
All Hands of Almalexia have identical stats, so it doesn't matter which of the five is picked for the fight.
