UMK3 Sega Saturn (PAL/NTSC Comparison)
7The speed at which one must perform successive hits is considerably different as you can see with Sub-Zero's relaunching. This would technically make the PAL version harder in this regard...though as it was the version I was familiar with, I had difficulty adjusting to the slowness of the NTSC version.
The gravity is normal in the NTSC version as can be seen in the Sonya combo. The jumping looks to be a bit faster on the NTSC, but during my brief testing of the NTSC version I didn't find the difference in general movement speed to be that noticeable. It was late too though, so maybe that was why.
