UMvC3-Getting Frank to Lv. 5 with Arthur's help (READ DESCRIPTION FIRST!)
2Frank can get to Lv. 5 with Arthur's help. But there are 2 conditions to do this:
1. Arthur must be in his underpants
2. Must HAVE 4 bars or above.
Further notes:
1.You can start the trick with Frank but you may most likely only can get him to Lv. 4.
2. If you start with 3 bars, you can most likely get to 5 bars by doing the combo I showed you just now with Arthur and TAC down which can give you an extra bar.
3. Getting 5 bars is optional. You can use the 5th bar by dealing extra damage with Frank's Survival Techniques hyper or his Blue Light Special hyper after taking the picture.
P.S: It actually took me a lot of tries to get this. Which is why I shouted in happiness. The other guy who said 'high five' is my big brother.
