Unable to copy a file from obj\Debug to bin\Debug, Visual studio Error. and you cant debug the program here we are going to fix it. Generally error stated like this:
could not copy "obj\debug\.exe" to "bin\debug\.exe". exceeded retry count of 10. failed.
Could not copy "obj\Debug\xyz.exe" to "bin\Debug\xyz.exe".
Exceeded retry count of 10. Failed.
CAN't debug the program
