This is definitely the easiest and fastest way to get the trophies for killing a certain amount of enemies with different weapons.
Go to chapter 19 and turn on infinite ammo and one shot kills. When you get to the part with the guy at the turret, kill all the enemies in the area and go on the building opposite the turret. Kill the person using it and look to the right a little. Lookie! An infinite spawn point!
Take out your weapon of choice and keep shooting there and you'll have your trophies in no time
