Part 2 - A Normal Life Interrupted
We pick up where we left off during the prison escape, running from the guards, and continue dodging gunfire and climbing over walls. We nearly all escape, but Sam is seemingly shot, and falls to his death. We know from the opening scene, that he will come back though. After this prison scene, we pick up 15 years later on a diving expedition. It seems like another one of our adventures, but turns out to be our new day job. Nate has retired from adventuring, and is living a relatively normal life. We see him and Elana living together, even cooking dinner and playing video games. Still, our play session in the attic before dinner, shows there's still a longing for adventure. It's not long before our normal life is interrupted, when Sam shows up to surprise us. The two brothers spend time catching up, we even get to play a flashback from Sam's perspective as to how he got out of prison. He convinces us to help him find the treasure they spoke about years ago, to pay off his debts. We will enter the auction house where the cross is being sold, next time.
