65I used an app on my PC called blur to interpolate the Uncle Grandpa intro to 60fps without the need of an nvidia gpu, nor vulkan. It's really good for frame interpolation
Uncle Grandpa was originally on Cartoon Network in 2013, it was a hilarious show. But I'm still giving credit to Cartoon Network
