Once you arrive at the Copernicus Outpost, go to the sleeping quarters.
There is a vent on the left side of the room that you can cut open with your laser cutter.
Send your little buddy through the vent and into Frank's room.
The code is written on a piece of paper on the right side of the door.
Once you have the code, go back to the console and enter it.
This will allow you to access the monorail and continue your journey.
Here are some additional tips:
