72Here I showcase Icy Arrow & Frost Shock skills in UNDECEMBER.
Trying out a unique card I got recently, as you can see it gives tons of boxes that contain rune essences of all kinds, from normal grade to legendary grade. I open the boxes at the end just to show what kind of rewards you can expect from someone with some luck.
I finally managed to get my character to a point where crit build is totally doable and starts to shine. The most important thing for a crit build is to have a high crit base weapon with T10 max gear critical rate stat on it.
My shoulder piece isn't that helpful really, it was just something that I took because of the high DEX/INT stats it provides, which let me have the build I currently have.
One thing to note is that adding "Cold DMG+" stats is VERY IMPORTANT to increase Icy Arrow's DPS, as this skill has a very low base cold dmg stat, this is due to it hitting 2-4 times per arrow shot, so try getting both Cold DMG+ and Cold DMG%+ or Element DMG%+ to boost its raw DPS as much as you can.
