I chat a lot about mechanics and other souls likes as I traverse pilgrim's perch.
Lords of the Fallen has some internal game modifiers which include an enemy randomizer, random loot, and an increase in enemy density. I'm testing out the settings starting at level 1 and chatting about the game as I go along. So far it's been hectic and fun.
