Underground Temple's Runestone Location - Odallus: The Dark Call 100% Walkthrough
0To get this secret you'll need either the Harpy Boots or the Fenrir Ring (see videos linked below for help). Near the start of the level, drop down to the Shop/Save then go to the left, but don't take the upper left. You should eventually reach some plant things that shoot spores. Get passed them & go through the breakable blocks (note: if you get infected by the spores then you can cure yourself by touching any of the pink coral looking plants). Go up from here until you reach the Runestone.
