Yeah, I know I'm working on various projects, but after doing a Pacifist run, I could not get this song out of my head. Didn't see this song up by anyone using a MidiNES/Famitracker/soundfonts, so I thought I'd do it.

EDIT - Wow, I spoke too soon. As soon the video finished processing, I checked to see how it came out. On the right, were two Famitracker versions of Ruins. Yeesh...

Moreover, I almost said, "Oh fuck, I might as well remove it" since the beginning sounded like 'psn8bit's' version. But, I breathed a sigh of relief since he went with a different direction with instrument choices as well as pitch when the percussion kicked in.

Feel free to draw comparisons between the 8-bit versions of Ruins. So far I've come across 3 versions. I kept a minimalistic approach with some background subtlety with my version. I did pitch the last arpeggio one octave higher than the original as well as small other parts of the song. A stylistic choice, but I feel it conveys the mysterious atmosphere of the music better with a twinkling type of sound combined with the other fading instruments.
