I meant to make this a while ago..

Gimli was my lutino budgie.
She had a personality and bonded quickly to me. (And to my other two budgies, lol)

But something was wrong. I couldn't figure out what and I wasn't sure if it was an emergency. I didn't want my parents to pay a vet visit that would of probably been pointless.

So I just kept a close eye on her. She was close then I accidentally did the wrong thing and tried to get her off my ceiling fan because it was time for her to go back in...She didn't like it so afterwards she was a bit timid of me...

Then. She started acting bonded again. I kept an eye out on her sudden behavior and I spent a bit of time with her...The next day. the day before Christmas eve. She wanted out. I let her out and spent more time. Something was telling me to. (Not because we have to anyways. it was a "You better do it now" feeling)

The last clip you see in the video was the last time I got to hold her....

I woke up Christmas eve... uncovered Winter and Pippin (my other two budgies) and said good morning.

I went to Gimli's cage and saw a bit of yellow on the ground through the clear plastic. I uncovered her cage to see what she was doing down there and then my heart sank...She was laying there.. lifeless..

I started crying and got her out gently...My parents came in to see what was wrong. A bit later I put her in a box...I decorated the box like a viking boat then we had a viking themed funeral..

We said our goodbyes and then watched the fire burn...


I later thought of what could of happened...and those clues lead to me...I did something wrong, but idk what...I got the ideas and I know what to avoid...I learned my lesson the hard way and I will be more aware with my two budgies and if I ever get another bird...
