Here is a schematization of the fastest way to do level 2 in Wholesome Slaughter speedrun. It's not perfect in this video, you'll see it, but it can give you a good idea of how this level can be broken. However, if it's important to know all the steps in case you can replicate it, it will probably happen very rarely.

THE UNICORN YEET (0:10)
This trick (which is the only skip I discovered, so I could choose its name!) is a variation of the normal Unicorn Skip, which you can find in a lot of areas in the speedrun.
Currently, this is the only spot where we know a Unicorn Yeet is doable AND useful. Basically, it's supposed to be a Unicorn Skip, but with a good turn of events, the unicorn will launch you much higher, and you could be out of bounds higher, and reach the Door Room, like you can see in the video. You have to carefully follow the walls on the ground, by watching below you (again, you can watch what I did in the video).
This trick, however, is why this perfect level 2 will only happen very rarely during runs. So far, there are no consistent way to do it. It's actually incredibly inconsistent. We still have some infos which can help use to determine why it happens sometimes.
1) In every clips with this trick we analyzed, we realized the jump button is pressed a frame after getting hit by the unicorn. At least, that's our current conclusion. So it makes this trick probably frame-perfect.
2) We can't be sure about it, but your placement might influence the success rate for this trick. I suggest you to stay in the same angle as I do in the video (unless the unicorn wants to charge somewhere, then you'll have to adapt. But this is our 3rd point).
3) Its seems like this trick is also influenced by RNG. It seems to depend how the unicorn will charge you. If it deviates a bit, it will be way harder to do the trick. Also, it seems like the trick works only when the unicorn is in your body, or behind you (At least, when it happens, the unicorn isn't on the screen anymore). And we have no way to control it. So it adds a RNG factor on top of that.
So you can understand easily that it's extremely hard and random to get this trick. If you don't get it, getting a normal Unicorn Skip is still good anyway.

THE DOOR ROOM SKIP (0:24)
This skip allows you to skip the whole key searching part. Thanks to strafing (which is performed by holding Forward or Back key + Left or Right key), you can have enough horizontal velocity to go out of bounds and skip the locked door. This skip requires some practice though (I did it second try in the video, so I definitively need practice ^^'), and you can easily fall into the void. THE UNICORN SKIP IN THE CORRIDORS (0:37)
You can skip the corridors fights with a Unicorn Skip, like I did in the video. I suggest you to kill the bear with the Machine Gun, and the Schwaplop if he is too annoying. This Unicorn Skip is not always consistent though, and you might have to adapt to the unicorn's placement.

THE LAST FIGHT (0:44)
If you did every steps perfectly so far, this fight is the only mandatory fight of the level. The mandatory enemies to kill, to open the gate to go the end of the level, seemed kinda random sometimes, but I think we figured it out. You have to kill all 3 bears, and the 2 Schwaplops (You can just make them explode by getting close them, and running away after to avoid the explosion) to open the gate. The unicorns don't seem to be mandatory, but you can still kill them if they are too annoying.

One last detail: this whole method will probably require you to have a good amount of health. With the two Unicorn hits you'll take, and the shoots you can take in the Door Room (which is RNG btw!), you will loose a good amount of health points. And after that, you still have to clear the last fight, with your remaining health points! So be careful ^^'
