To do so, go to Settings, Then Applications, Finally Manage Applications ,Search for the app and press Uninstall.
1. Open Settings on your Android phone
2. Scroll down and tap "Apps"
3. Tap the Bigo Live app to select it, then scroll down and press Uninstall at the bottom of the screen
4. Confirm that you want to uninstall by tapping OK
