3I was upstairs inside the library and I heard a noise. So I raced over to the window with my camera and managed to catch this 2 minutes of footage.
It was a flash mob of people dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller and a few other songs in snippet form. They then walked away when it was finished.
There is no audio as the music is copyrighted.
