United Airlines’ first Queensland flight has touched down in Brisbane, connecting US visitors to Queensland.

The inaugural three times weekly service from San Francisco is one of six secured by Queensland’s $200 million Attracting Aviation Investment Fund (AAIF) in partnership with the State’s four international airports.

United Airlines has become the first US airline to fly the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to the Queensland capital of Brisbane, with thrice-weekly flights from late October.
