Unity Megacity – Performance by Default | GDC 2019 | Intel Software
The Megacity demo features a futuristic Bladerunner city space. It showcases the latest advances in Unity’s Data-Oriented Technology Stack (DOTS), the name for all projects under the Performance by Default banner, including ECS, Native Collections, C# Job System, and the Burst Compiler. Namely ECS on streaming, physics, and AI systems. It was first presented at Unite Los Angeles 2018.
