Unkillable Delilah
9Use the heart on Delilah just before your Doppelganger attacks her. This will make the heart disappear from your inventory but Delilah doesn't actually get the soul back. Corvo will comment on killing Delilah when landing a killing blow, even when she pushes you back. I tried reviving Emily to see if that would end up forcing the game to end, but Delilah knocked me out of the cutscene, but Emily was revived so I couldn't do it again. Which turned Emily into an NPC that you could interact with.
Side note: If you stop time and walk in front of Delilah, she will speak to you personally. But when the spell ends, the gravehounds spot you, which triggers Delilah's aggression. The only way for her to finish her monologue is if you stop time, walk up to her for her to see you, let her speak, then jump up onto a chandelier so the gravehounds don't spot you. She will finish her monologue.
Also, the spell usage is not what triggers her commentary. You must allow her to see you after you use Bend Time. She will talk to you personally. (This is proven towards the end of her monologue, where she states "I am going to make the world as it should be, and there's no place in it for _you._")
