Unlock the Steam Deck BIOS to undervolt and overclock using Windows!

This is based on smokeless 6-liner SD_Unlocker.c which needs to be run on SteamOS / Linux. I tried to cross compile it from my Linux machine using mingw to try to produce an executable compatible for Windows but I am getting errors. So in the end I just used RWEverything and type in the offsets that needs to be modified.
Steam Deck needs to be at least on BIOS 113 for the unlock method. The previous known method to unlock the BIOS requires SteamOS / Linux, but with this method you can now do it within Windows too!
If you get the error when running rw-everything - “driver cannot be loaded, reinstall the program may fix”, please perform the following -
1. Open regedit
2. Go to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Cl\Config
3. On the right pane look for VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable
4. change the value from 1 to 0
5. Close regedit and reboot!
6. Run RWEverything and no more error!
