Secluded Orchid was created by chance one day when I was out of the house. The project took about 2 hours and 5000 8K images, which were then utilized to create high quality 3D models, which were then loaded into Unreal Engine 5. Then we added minimal movement controls and cutscenes, which we are still tuning and adjusting to this day.

We have never used a motion capture technology in our work before. The demo's motions took around 20 minutes to create, so the quality is still a little rough around the edges. We were using an inertial sensor motion capture method at the time, which was more efficient than manual keyframe animation. It does, however, fail.
