This 3ds max project isn't my design and it is free but I forgot it's website.
These tutorial videos are made without voice over.
These tutorials are made for architects or interior designers (mainly Archviz) using GPU lightmass rendering to create realistic rendering similar to the vray scene exported from the 3ds max project.
To install (GPU lightmass ) copy (engine folder) inside gpu lightmass 4.22 folder (given in the tutorial ) or download what version compatible with unreal engine version) from unreal forum link : https://forums.unrealengine.com/development-discussion/rendering/1460002-luoshuang-s-gpulightmass?view=thread and paste it to location : unreal 4.22 (your unreal install location) / 4.22 (unreal version)/engine and press (replace).
