* Install the Windows version of UT99. Either through Steam, through Lutris/GOG, or through WINE.
* Download the latest release from OldUnreal https://github.com/OldUnreal/UnrealTournamentPatches/releases
* Extract the .tar from OldUnreal in the install directory of Unreal Tournament
* Change the launch parameters of Unreal Tournament (in Lutris or whatever) to launch [unreal-tournament-directory]/System/ut-bin
* Play!
