PPI Scammer tries to tell us the only way to 'claim PPI' is by paying them 36%. When we question this she hangs up and runs to hide under the desk. I couldn't quite decide which character to be in this one - but she seems too dim to notice! Call was also from a spoofed number - in case you had any doubt as to these scammers.
