Until Dawn remake is an interactive drama horror game developed by Ballistic Moon and published by PlayStation Publishing LLC. This remake is a rebuild from the ground up of the original 2015 game of the same name using Unreal Engine 5’s enhanced graphics to improve the overall experience and immersion of the game.
Until Dawn remake’s story is the same as the original game played from a third-person perspective. The story follows eight young adults who have to survive on Blackwood Mountain when their lives are threatened. A butterfly effect system is featured where players assume control of all eight characters while making choices that may alter the story. As in the original 2015 game, all playable characters can survive or die, depending on a player’s choices as they explore the environment and find clues that may help solve the mystery.
